Spinsplit spFlow Modular Instruments



Spinsplit spFlow Modular Instruments offer a range of versatile flow chemistry solutions by providing a flexible IoT (Internet of Things) platform to interconnect modules to instruments and instruments to systems. Every IoT ready SpinSplit flow module can be operated remotely from a computer connected to the local network. Flow chemistry operations are not restricted to a single instrument as all modular systems are simultaneously controlled by the SpinStudio software.  spFlow Pump module is an IoT ready flow controller as the base unit of spFlow Modular Instruments.  Other flow controller and reactor modules can be connected with ease through the side connectors of the modules.

 spFlow Dual Pump 

SpFlow Dual Pump is a dual syringe pump flow controller. The Dual Pump module offers two independent flow channels assembled with a 9 way distribution valve offering highly flexible flow configurations. Accepting precision glass syringes in the size range from 50 µL to 25 mL, each channel provides a flow range from 0.3 µL/min to 1500 mL/min. The SpinStudio software provides a versatile and easy to use platform for controlling the pumps and enables the synchronous operation of 10 Dual Pump together.

  • Two independent flow channels, offering precise flow dispensing down to 0.3 µL/min
  • Integrated distribution valves with up to 9 fluid paths per channel
  • Syringes can be replaced tools, automatic piston calibration for precise dead volume control
  • Wetted materials: PTFE and glass
  • Third party support: external devices (thermostats, HPLC pumps etc) can be connected to the module through its RS-232 interface
  • IoT ready: control over local area network (LAN), multiple pumps and flow systems can be operated simultaneously with SpinStudio software

 spFlow P

SpFlow P is a precision peristaltic pump module. With 15 rollers the pump offers three uniquely smooth flow channels in anodised alumina case. The wide range of applicable tubes offers flow rates from 0.15 µL/min to 50 mL/min. 
Spinsplit uses high quality Oina peristaltic pumps in spFlow P modules.

 spFlow Chem

SpFlow Chem is a dry thermostat module with two kind of interchangeable reactor assemblies. The thermostat module provides stable and accurate temperature control even from room temperature up to 100 ºC.

Coming soon - spFlow Chip

SpFlow Chip is a microfluidic chip thermostat module with a unique chip clamping method which allows changing microreactor chips in seconds. The module also provides a camera assembly (optional) for continuous observation of the chip.
